EPS detectives from the Behavioral Assessment Unit (BAU) have arrested a high risk offender after he allegedly breached release conditions.
On Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, the EPS issued a public warning about Kevin John Taylor, 49, as a duty to warn the public about the release of a high risk offender.
While being closely monitored, BAU detectives became aware that Taylor allegedly breached three of his release conditions, and subsequently arrested Taylor on Monday, Feb. 11, 2012.
Taylor has been charged with seven counts of breach of recognizance, and remains in custody. No one was harmed in relation to the breaches.
