Leduc Radio Offers Options
School Fundraising
Leduc Radio is please to announce an aggressive Fundraising program to assist Schools, Parents Associations, and Student Councils called "The Leduc Radio Concert Cabaret Series for 2010". At various locations throughout Leduc County, it is our intention to hold upscale events as money making ventures for Community Groups, Sports Teams, Charities, Clubs, and Schools.
At a recent meeting in Leduc with more than 30 Groups represented, the difficulties and the needs of these Groups were discussed and possible solutions were offered. The consensus was the synergy of a collective would be advantageous to everyone. No longer would a single Group have to bear the weight and responsibility of entire events that competed for sales, volunteers, and funds from within the Community.
Leduc Radio offered to orchestrate the events on a shared basis with any and all Groups from within Leduc County. And we are passing this synergy of the collective on to the schools and their administration at this time. We are already working on a schedule of events. We already have our first event scheduled and tickets have already been released. And more than one Community Group has already started earning money for their cause.
With funding already cut back and more cuts on the way, this is your opportunity to establish a different and flexible source of revenue or income, to assist in maintaining or developing programs.
